Will the wig cap damage or pull on my edges?

Not at all. Our velvet wig grip is thoughtfully lined with spandex and satin fabric to prevent clinging, friction, or pulling, ensuring your edges remain protected and intact.

What is the best way to wear my hair underneath the Banded Bestie for the best results?

For optimal results, we recommend braiding your hair down in cornrows—the more braids, the flatter the fit will look. If your hair is thinner, you can simply cover it with a wave cap for a smooth base. The Banded Bestie is designed to fit comfortably over most head coverings, ensuring a natural and seamless appearance.

There are some colors I would like, but they’re not listed. Do you offer custom colors?

What are the different head coverings I can wear with the band?

Our bands are versatile and can be worn with a wide range of head coverings, including:

  • Bucket Hat
  • Fedora Cap

  • Head Scarf
  • Baseball Cap (such as Flexfit brand with no hole in the back)
  • Beanie Hat
  • Cloche Hat
  • Wide-Brim Sun Hat

If you're wearing your hair up, the band can also pair beautifully with headbands and visor caps to cover the perimeter of the band while your hair is pulled back or up.

Can the hair bands be styled with heat?

Yes, but only the bands with authentic human hair attachments. Use low heat settings and always follow proper heat styling practices to avoid damage.

"Jane" and "Janet" should never be used with heat, as they have synthetic properties and the heat can alter the hair.

How do I care for my Banded Bestie hair bands?

Hand wash your hair-bands with warm water and shampoo then rinse with cold water, then air dry to maintain the quality of the fabric and design.

How long will it take to receive my band? Can I get express delivery?

All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
